Optimal ESP Check Valve

The Republic Oil Tools’ Optimal ESP Check Valve offers an improvement on the basic ESP check valve. Instead of utilizing a cast iron poppet on a machined seat, the Optimal Check Valve has a machined and hardened poppet that features solids relief rings along the seat that eliminates high pressure washouts and prevents leaking check valves. This improves the run time of the electrical submersible pumping system for a marginally higher cost of the check valve as compared to the basic ESP check valve.
